1) Everything needed to make the pen included: pen (prepped), black velvet pen pouch, printed pattern, glass rhinestones to complete pen, rhinestone tray, small bottle of glue (Supertite), small wax pencil, pencil sharpener, black velvet pen case, and alcohol wipe.
